Our dedicated Installation Department will organise all of the necessary paperwork for you; you merely need to read, agree, sign and return the paperwork in the provided pre-paid envelope. Hassle-free organisation! Upon receipt of this paperwork, our Installation Department will arrange a convenient date for your installation to commence. Depending upon the size and features selected, this typically takes between two to five days to complete; we do, however, pride ourselves on a quick yet quality installation. During the installation we require reasonable access and use of water, electricity and toilet facilities, as well as yours or an agent’s presence (and what an enjoyable sight it is to behold!) Oh, and maybe the odd cup of tea... but only if you are offering!

Our pre-Installation service is also a super efficient commodity; our trusty Installation Department supply you with our helpful Base Preparation guidelines, providing you with all of the necessary information required to ensure that your site is ready when your Installation team arrive. Of course, if you have selected our new Rapidpad™ foundation system then our Installers will even make the base for you! Don’t forget, our supportive Sales Office is also always on hand to help should you have any pre-installation queries.

When your Installation day arrives, your Installation team liaise with you to find out exactly where you wish for the product to be positioned and carry out a routine assessment of your site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once our delivery vehicle emerges, our Installation team, along with our driver, unload the vehicle for you. Once unloading is complete, installation will begin! You can rest assured that our installers are not Sub-Contractors - they are directly employed by Dunster House® Ltd, to ensure the quality of their installation. In addition, we have invested a lot of time and knowledge into training our Installation teams to ensure a smooth installation of our Garden Buildings.
The service doesn’t stop with the last nail inserted either! Once your installation is complete, your Head Installer will go through your installation with you to confirm it has been completed in accordance with your signed Installation Agreement; giving you peace of mind and satisfaction guaranteed. You will then receive an Installation Completion Certificate to read, agree, sign and keep. At the end of your project’s build, your Installation team will remove all of their tools and any residual materials from your site, leaving you to enjoy your newly completed Garden Building. In the unlikely event that you require any post-installation advice, our dedicated Customer Services team are on hand to answer any queries that you may have.
