Dunster House Ltd. is a supply only company selling to DIY competent customers. As such, we do not have a technical help department.
If you believe you have a problem with your delivery, please fill in the online enquiry form below, or contact us in writing including the requested details. Timber is a natural product and is effected by the natural environment, leading to shakes, splits and variations in size. We cannot guarantee against creation and cannot supply replacements for superficial damage to timber as we cannot guarantee that any replacement would be free of these imperfections.
