The rubber seal creates a watertight system that helps to prevent rain from entering and the roof light is made using high quality UV-ray resistant materials. Can be fitted in roofs of depths 25mm to 50mm and an extension kit is used for roofs with depths up to 85mm. Approximate Size: 400mm x 400mm
