Fluted Roof Insulation for Severn 4/SunLight 4

A thin insulated membrane for placing underneath your final roof finish. It is made from 2.5mm single chamber fluted polyboard and is similar to the fluted polycarbonate sheeting used on conservatory roofs. It can also act as a rapid way of providing some protection from the elements (although it may not be 100% waterproof as sometimes the supplied material will just cover the width of the roof area as dictated by the purlins/rafters). Supplied in sheets measuring approximately 2500mm long x 1200mm wide, with flutes running in the long direction.

The membrane is placed on the roof with the flutes running upwards. It may need to be cut and trimmed to suit the length of the boards. Extra nails are not supplied as the material just needs to be held in position then the final roof finish is placed on top and nailed through.
