INTERNAL SIZE for 160mm - 3.04m (9'12") wide x 3.04m (9'12") deep (approx).
WALLS (45mm or 160mm) Tongue & Groove
FLOOR 19mm tongue and groove floor boards for a sturdy floor.
FLOOR INSULATION - 25mm polyurethane board that sits underneath the floor boards.
Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

PREMIUMPLUS FRENCH DOORS (Optional Extra) - Extra tall doors for better accessibility. Opening size 6’6” and total door height is 6’11” probably the tallest doors on the market! Multi-Point locking system (on the master door), and is of the same type supplied with modern domestic doors. Concealed Shoot-Bolts (on the slave door), which means the doors cannot be opened, even from the inside, until they are unlocked. The door has a low threshold for better accessibility and less tripping.

2 PREMIUM LARGE OPENING WINDOWS - TOUGHENED GLASS,DOUBLE GLAZED, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic. (Please Note: Windows and Doors require on site glazing)
GASKETS All windows and doors are fitted with Gaskets for improved weatherproofing.
FLOOR BEARERS FLOOR BEARERS 70mm tall Pressure Treated floor bearers that sit underneath the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!
ROOF BEAMS Roof Beams - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to help prevent 'sagging'.
All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction.
After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
We supply you with all nails and screws needed for the assembly of your log cabin. .
CABIN SIZES - Please be aware that all Dimensions and Calculations are approximate figures.
Base Recommendations:
For your Log Cabin, we recommend a RapidPad™ foundation System. This base system is designed for our products and can support the cabin on most types of ground. It also includes an insulated floor.
If you wish to use concrete, we recommend a solid concrete base of the cabin footprint size plus 100mm all the way round.
