Dunster the Bear's Play House is an attractive building that would be your child's very own log home. A lot of care and attention has gone into the designing of this play house to make it look just like a real little house, and is even comes complete with a chimney (though this is naturally for looks only, well you don't really want your children lighting fires in there?!?). This play house creates a great space for children to host their tea parties or gather with friends in their very own secret den.

Dunster the Bear's Play House Kit is supplied with a magnet catch door and window with attractive Georgian bars, and Flooring is included.

The optional roofing shingles not only protect the roof from the elements but also give an attractive finishing touch that really makes it look like a real house.

Please Note: Play House is supplied untreated and unpainted for you to treat as desired.

EXTERNAL SIZE 2m (6'6") wide x 1m (3'3") deep (approx).

WALLS- Tongue and groove log walls, not ship lap.

ROOF Tongue and groove roof boards to create a sturdy roof with an attractive ceiling.

FLOOR SUPPLIED

INTERNAL EAVES 1200mm (3'11") (approx) High, lowest point inside.

RIDGE HEIGHT - 1650mm (5'5") (approx)

FLOOR BEARERS 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that sit under the play house to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay.

DOOR with handle on outside and magnetic catch.

WINDOW - Featuring Georgian bars.

Chimney for an authentic looking house (non functional).

All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction.

We supply you with all nails and screws needed for the assembly of your play house.
