BRAND NEW 2008 Range Avon^® 3 Log Cabin with 45mm walls. This Cabin comes also with a 1.5m Deck extension and a Flyscreen for your window.

Specification:

• External Measurements: 3m (9' 10") wide x 3m (9' 10") deep (approx).
• Ridge Height: 2.6m (8' 6").
• Walls: 28mm double tongue and groove walls with bevelled notches.
• Floor: 19mm tongue and groove floor boards for a sturdy floor.
• Roof: 19mm tongue and groove roof timbers to create a sturdy roof.
• Internal Measurements: 2.77m (9' 1") wide x 2.77m (9' 1") deep (approx).
• Internal Eaves: 2000mm (6' 8") (approx) High, the lowest point inside, giving plenty of interior space.
• Canopy: 1.1m (3' 6") (approx.) deep canopy ideal for providing shade from the sun and shelter from the rain.
• Floor Bearers: 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that are resistant to rot and insect infestation. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower parts of the cabin!
• Doors: FRENCH DOOR Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock. French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.
• Windows: (x1) Made with glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.

• A Rhine^® 4m x 3m would need a base approximately 4200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• For a Rhine^® 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
  
• For a 9m x 3m Tamar^® Grande the base would need to be approximately 9200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular cabins.
