The 2.4m "Heavy Duty" Yankee™ Workshed provides an attractive and spacious working environment or storage area with large windows to make it feel light and airy. As the name suggests it is ideal as a workshed and optional workbenches can be added to create the perfect working environment. So if you consider yourself to be a bit of a handyman/woman or you simply want some extra storage space, then look no further, the Yankee™ workshed is the perfect investment for you!

The Yankee™ Workshed comes with 2 LARGE OPENING WINDOWS letting in plenty of natural light and air. Double OFFSET doors, the prime door allows for normal day to day access and the opening offset smaller door is perfect for transporting large items such as your lawnmower, garden furniture, wheel barrow and bicycle into or out of the shed.

Want more natural light in your cabin? then why not add a couple of optional ROOF LIGHTS and then complete the look with some optional ROOF SHINGLES available in either red, green or black.

The Yankee™ Workshed can be assembled with the windows on the left, right or back of the Workshed

FREE Unique Consumer Unit! This fantastic and unique unit allows for easy installation of light and electrics into your workshed. A built in lamp is great for adding extra light when working on your projects, and with 3 sockets there's enough space to plug in your tools and equipment. Only one armoured cable will need to be fitted to supply electricity to the unit so simply contact a local electrician and ask for a quote to fit this one item. It means you don't have to have acres of wires everywhere so it won't take an electrician as long to install, making it far more cost effective for you!

For your Log Cabin we recommend a solid concrete base to footprint size plus 100mm all the way round, for example:

• A Rhine^® 4m x 3m would need a base approximately 4200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• For a Rhine^® 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
  
• For a 9m x 3m Tamar^® Grande the base would need to be approximately 9200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular cabins.

FLOOR BEARERS - 70mm x 70mm pressure treated floor bearers that sit underneath the workshed to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!

HEAVY DUTY FRAMEWORK 70mm x 35mm (35mm x 35mm together) for a stronger structure.

DOUBLE SHED DOORS Comes fitted with 3 hinges and clasp and hasp to allow fitting of a padlock.

2 LARGE OPENING WINDOWS Made with glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.

The UNIQUE SHAPE of the ROOF gives more storage space inside our Yankee Workshed.
