• EXTERNAL SIZE - 3.5m (11'6") wide x 2.5m (8'3") deep (approx).
• INTERNAL SIZE - 3.04m (10'0") wide x 2.04m (6'7") deep (approx).
• WALLS - 160mm Insulated Walls - The dual wall log cabin has a 45mm external wall and a 45mm internal wall with 70mm polyurethane insulation between them. The insulation is foil backed to reflect and retain heat.
• FLOOR - 19mm tongue and groove floor boards for a sturdy floor.
• ROOF - 19mm tongue and groove roof timbers to create a sturdy roof.
  

Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

• Internal Eaves - 2110mm (6'9") (approx) High, the lowest point inside, giving plenty of interior space (this means you won't bang your head!)
• French Door - Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock and TOUGHENED GLASS,DOUBLE GLAZING. (Please Note: Onsite glazing required)
• 2 large DOUBLE GLAZED Windows (Please Note: Onsite glazing required) - Made with TOUGHENED glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.
• Floor Bearers - 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that are resistant to rot and insect infestation. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower parts of the cabin!
• Roof Beams - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to prevent 'sagging'.
• All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction. Click here to see how easy it is!
• After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
• French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.
• All nails and screws needed to erect your log cabin will be supplied.
