FREE Unique Consumer Unit! This fantastic and unique unit allows for easy installation of light and electrics into your Cocoon. A built in lamp is great for adding light without needing to search around for a torch, and with 3 sockets there's enough space to plug in camping essentials and chargers. Only one armoured cable will need to be fitted to supply electricity to the unit so simply contact a local electrician and ask for a quote to fit this one item. It means you don't have to have acres of wires everywhere so it won't take an electrician as long to install, making it far more cost effective for you!

WALLS - 45mm double tongue and groove walls with bevelled notches for easy construction.

FLOOR - 19mm tongue and groove flooring to give a sturdy, attractive floor.

FLOOR INSULATION - 25mm foil backed polyurethane board that sits under the floor boards.

ROOF - 19mm tongue and groove roofing for an attractive and sturdy roof.

ROOF INSULATION - made with 50mm polyurethane, goes on top of roof boards.

TOUGHENED GLASS, DOUBLE GLAZING - 14mm sealed units are supplied for you to place in the window and doors. (onsite glazing required)

  Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

PREMIUM SINGLE DOOR made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive finish) and fitted with a secure lock. The door is provided in assembled pieces that fit together and then slot into place.

1 PREMIUM WINDOW made from glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer, easier to clean than clear plastic and it doesn't scratch as easily as clear plastic.

FLOOR BEARERS 70mm tall Pressure Treated floor bearers – Dunster House provide extra tall floor bearers that t sit underneath the log cabins to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabins!

ROOF BEAMS - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to help prevent 'sagging'.

All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and simple erection. Click here to see how easy it is!

After simple assembly window slots into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
