INSULATED FLOOR A 70mm thick full sandwich panel, including 50mm polyurethane insulation and MFP, for you to carpet or cover as desired.
ROOF 16mm tongue and groove roof timbers to create a sturdy roof with attractive ceiling.
ROOF INSULATION made with 50mm polyurethane, goes on top of the roof boards to create a cabin with an overall roof thickness of approximately 76mm.

PREMIUM FRENCH DOOR - Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock, TOUGHENED DOUBLE GLAZED. The French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.
PREMIUMPLUS FRENCH DOOR (Optional Extra) - Our French doors are wider than most competitors meaning you can walk through one door with ease. Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock, and sculpted Georgian bars.Multi-Point locking system (on the master door), and is of the same type supplied with modern domestic doors. Concealed Shoot-Bolts (on the slave door), which means the doors cannot be opened, even from the inside, until they are unlocked. The door has a low threshold for better accessibility and less tripping.
2 DOUBLE GLAZED PREMIUM OPENING WINDOWS - Made with TOUGHENED glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic. (onsite glazing required)
2 PREMIUMPLUS OPENING WINDOW (Optional Extra) - Units are fitted with 28mm Toughened Glass Double Glazing (4mm unit, 20mm space, 4mm unit), which is thicker than any other level of glazing available on the log cabin market and so more thermal efficient. PremiumPlus™ Windows are provided with a Multi-Point locking system, with mushroom headed espagnolette locks. (Please Note: Windows and Doors require on site glazing)
FLOOR BEARERS 70mm tall Pressure Treated floor bearers that sit underneath the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!
ROOF BEAMS Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to help prevent 'sagging'.
Internal walls are planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction. External Log Effect will need to be screwed to subframe.
After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
