The Carsare^® office is an extremely spacious working environment allowing ample storage space for those all important files, software and documents, as well as coping with the extra space needed for entertaining clients or holding important uninterrupted meetings. The large tall windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to pour into your office, creating the perfect working atmosphere whilst adding character to the structure, making it a beautiful feature and a pleasure to work in and not just the average old mundane office that everyone dreads. All our cabins are manufactured from sustainable resources.

FLOOR 19mm tongue and groove floor boards for a sturdy floor.

FLOOR INSULATION - 25mm polyurethane board that sits underneath the floor boards.

ROOF 19mm tongue and groove roof timbers to create a sturdy roof.

ROOF INSULATION 50mm polyurethane that sits on top of the roof boards.

 

Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

PREMIUM FRENCH DOOR - Extra tall doors for better accessibility. Opening size 6’6” and total door height is 6’11” probably the tallest doors on the market! Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock and TOUGHENED GLASS, DOUBLE GLAZED.The door has a low threshold for better accessibility and less tripping! The French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.

PREMIUMPLUS FRENCH DOORS (Optional Extra) - Extra tall doors for better accessibility. Opening size 6’6” and total door height is 6’11” probably the tallest doors on the market! Multi-Point locking system (on the master door), and is of the same type supplied with modern domestic doors. Concealed Shoot-Bolts (on the slave door), which means the doors cannot be opened, even from the inside, until they are unlocked. The door has a low threshold for better accessibility and less tripping.

2 PREMIUM LARGE OPENING WINDOWS - TOUGHENED GLASS,DOUBLE GLAZED, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic. (Please Note: Windows and Doors require on site glazing)

2 PREMIUMPLUS LARGE OPENING WINDOWS (Optional Extra) - Units are fitted with 28mm Toughened Glass Double Glazing (4mm unit, 20mm space, 4mm unit), which is thicker than any other level of glazing available on the log cabin market and so more thermal efficient. PremiumPlus™ Windows are provided with a Multi-Point locking system, with mushroom headed espagnolette locks. (Please Note: Windows and Doors require on site glazing)

GASKETS All windows and doors are fitted with Gaskets for improved weatherproofing.

FLOOR BEARERS FLOOR BEARERS 70mm tall Pressure Treated floor bearers that sit underneath the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!

GLASS SKYLIGHT (double glazed) - For added light and ventilation. Will need to be cut into the log cabin roof in your desired position, allowing you to place it wherever best suits your requirements.

ROOF BEAMS Roof Beams - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to prevent 'sagging'.

All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction. Click here to see how easy it is!

After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
