The 3600mm (12'8") wide x 2570mm (8'5") deep interior space offers a versatile space for almost any profession. The glass front of the garden office lets in an abundance of natural light and features a double door with secure locking system and opening sash window. The double glazing and insulated walls, roof, and floor maintain your office temperature and block out noise. Our Garden Office uses the latest technology in insulation and is designed exclusively by our in house designers to give you a place where you can work, away from distractions in the home.
The pleasant appearance of the Enterprise Garden Office is created with a wood effect plastic outer surfacing and a tile-effect roof, which also makes it resistant to the elements and easy to maintain. The Garden Office has a warm vinyl wallpaper interior and the design and allocated conduits allow for easy installation of electrics and lighting.

- External Size – 3850mm (12'8") wide x 2570mm (8'5") deep (approx).
- Internal Size – 3600mm (11'10") wide x 2360mm (7’9”) deep (approx).
- Insulated Walls – 100mm, using 70mm high density rigid foam with aluminium foil backing on both sides. The foam is 50% better at insulating than polystyrene and is also more fire resistant. Aluminium foil backing helps retain heat during the winter and reflect heat in the summer to provide a cool place to work.
- Exterior Wall –- waterproof plywood and vinyl cladding; no need to stain or paint.
- Interior Wall – warm vinyl coated wallpaper.
- Insulated Floor – 50mm, using 25mm high density rigid foam with aluminium backing on both sides. OSB board below and tongue & grooved Chipboard above.
- Insulated Roof – up to 120mm (at peaks). Comes as 4 composite panels with the insulation sandwiched between two sheets of steel. The outer steel sheet is covered in a high performance terracotta polymer; the inner sheet is coated in white liner enamel.
- Internal Eaves – min 1930mm (6'4") high up to 2330mm (7'8") high (approx).
- Roof Overhang – 300mm (1') at front and back, 100mm (4") at sides.
- Fully Double Glazed Front – PVCu Windows and doors with 28mm Double Glazed Sealed Units, internally reinforced with steel. Provide both good thermal and noise insulation.
- French Door – PVCu double glazed, with 8 point locking system.
- Opening Sash Window – PVCu double glazed, with secure locks.
- 3 Trickle Vents - give secure overnight ventilation.
- Pressure treated Floor Bearers.
- Designed for easy installation of Electrics – Hollow plastic skirting board conduit runs around the bottom of the back wall and two side walls. Mini-conduit runs vertically up each of the four corners and along the ceiling on the back and side walls. This conduit system allows your electrician to easily run wires for lights, heating, power sockets, or phone lines to almost anywhere along the edges of the Garden Office.
