The "Heavy Duty"Yankee™ Workshed is very different from your average garden shed as it's very light, airy and much more attractive than standard sheds. It is perfect for storing all your garden equipment, tools or any other clutter you have lying around. As the name suggests it is ideal as a workshed and by adding an optional workbench the perfect working environment can be achieved. This workshed comes with 4 LARGE OPENING WINDOWS letting in plenty of natural light and air. Double OFFSET doors, the prime door allows for normal day to day access and the offset smaller door is perfect for transporting large items into or out of the shed.

FREE Unique Consumer Unit! This fantastic and unique unit allows for easy installation of light and electrics into your workshed. A built in lamp is great for adding extra light when working on your projects, and with 3 sockets there's enough space to plug in your tools and equipment. Only one armoured cable will need to be fitted to supply electricity to the unit so simply contact a local electrician and ask for a quote to fit this one item. It means you don't have to have acres of wires everywhere so it won't take an electrician as long to install, making it far more cost effective for you!

For your Log Cabin we recommend a solid concrete base to footprint size plus 100mm all the way round, for example:

• A Rhine^® 4m x 3m would need a base approximately 4200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• For a Rhine^® 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
  
• For a 9m x 3m Tamar^® Grande the base would need to be approximately 9200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular cabins.

ROOF BEAMS Not only an attractive feature its ideal for hanging items from or attaching lighting to.

FLOOR BEARERS "Heavy Duty" 70mm x 35mm PRESSURE TREATED FLOOR BEARERS protect the workshed from damage by insect infestation and fungal decay and are supplied as standard (unlike most other shed providers).

HEAVY DUTY FRAMEWORK 70mm x 35mm (35mm x 35mm together) for a stronger structure.

DOUBLE SHED DOORS Comes fitted with 3 hinges and clasp and hasp to allow fitting of a padlock.

4 LARGE OPENING WINDOWS Made with glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.

The UNIQUE SHAPE of the ROOF gives more storage space inside our Yankee Workshed.
