The 3.5m x 2.5m Valiant™ is a great little summerhouse. Its large windows and glazed doors allow for you to sit and relax whilst admiring the beauty of your garden. The sculpted Georgian Bars and arched windows make this summerhouse an attractive addition to your home not to mention the charm and character it will add to your home that will be the envy of all your neighbours.

For your Summerhouse we recommend a solid concrete base to footprint size plus 100mm all the way round, for example:

• A Vantage^® 2.5m x 2.5m would need a base approximately 2700mm wide x 2700mm deep.
  
• For a Rhine^® 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
  
• For a 8m x 3m Tamar^® Grande the base would need to be approximately 8200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  
• These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular summerhouses and cabins.

4 LARGE FRENCH WINDOWS- for plenty of light and a great view outside. Made with glass, not Perspex, Featuring sculpted Georgian bars. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.

FLOOR BEARERS - 70mm Pressure Treated Floor Bearers that sit underneath the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!

Quick and easy to assemble panels and boards. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows/doors well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
