The Avon 4 45 Vantage equals time spent with the family. This gorgeous garden room will make them actively want to attend your barbeque, now there's somewhere to gather, take shade and eat without wasps or rain spoiling the party. Feel proud, your garden is now known as social central and life will seem like a series of lazy Sundays spent with your loved ones.

The Avon 4 45 vantage log cabin kit is supplied with two windows and a french door, all with shutters to give you added privacy, and decorative flower boxes underneath the windows.

Standard Avon 4 45 Vantage Specification:

  • External Size - 3m (9'10") wide x 4m (13'2") deep (approx).
  • Internal Size - 2.77m (9'1") wide x 3.77m (12'5") deep (approx).
  • Walls - 45mm double tongue and groove walls with bevelled notches for easy assembly and an attractive finish.
  • Floor - 19mm tongue and groove flooring for a sturdy attractive floor.
  • Roof - 19mm tongue and groove roof boards to create a sturdy roof with an attractive ceiling.
we don't use OSB sheet timber tongue and groove rooftongue and groove floor

 

Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

  • Internal Eaves - 2000mm (6'6") (approx.) High, the lowest point inside, giving plenty of interior space (so no worries about knocking your head!)
  • Canopy - 1.1m (3'6") (approx.) deep canopy that adds an element of shade and shelter.
  • French Door - Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock.
  • Bi-folding shutters on doors - add privacy when closed and fold so that they take up less space when opening. As doors open outwards the shutters are fitted to the inside of the cabin.
  • 2 Windows - Made with glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.
  • - DOUBLE GLAZING – Optional extra - * for improved Heat & Sound Insulation. ( see options below )
  • Window shutters - Add an element of privacy to your log cabin. Shutters are fitted to the inside of the cabin as the windows open outwards. (Please Note: Shutters do not fully fold back).
  • 2 Flower Boxes.
  • Floor Bearers - 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that sit under the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin if the bearers were not pressure treated!
  • Roof Beams - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to prevent 'sagging'.
  • All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for easy assembly. Click here to see how easy it is!
  • After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
  • French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.
  • All nails and screws needed for the erection of your log cabin are supplied.
