Don’t like Mondays? Find somewhere fetching to do the filing with the Severn® 4 TripleTherm™ Walls Log Cabin Office.
This exquisite outdoor work station inspires a booming business right there amongst the begonias with all the style, space and convenience your executive head could hope for. Let the soothing mood of real wood ease you into another day at the office and pity those rat-race runners that would give their annual rail card for such scenic views, top grade amenities and truly charming chalet venue.

The TripleTherm™ Walls Office boasts superior roof and floor insulation plus fully double- glazed windows for storing warmth and minimising sound. Tight, interlocking logs produce an extremely sturdy structure that’s comprised of not one but two 28mm wall layers with foam and aluminium foil sandwiched intelligently in between. Such expert insulation makes your office akin to the skin of a penguin, keeping all the warmth inside without the need for excessive heating when the weather’s less than temperate - yet still reflecting surplus warmth to keep you cool and collected on days when the Heat Is On.

Fully opening windows, roof lights, and large French doors serve to aerate your cabin as needed, creating a corporate sanctuary that’s beautiful, bright and as fresh as the daisies it sits upon. Throw in a mug of extra strength coffee and you might even find it’s worth getting out of bed for.
(Though we won’t make any bold promises.)

Take a look at the story of how our log cabins are manufactured.

For your Log Cabin we recommend a solid concrete base to footprint size plus 100mm all the way round, for example:

  • A Rhine® 4m x 3m would need a base approximately 4200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  • For a Rhine® 4m x 3m plus 1.5m decking the base would need to be approximately 4200mm wide x 4700mm deep.
  • For a 9m x 3m Tamar® Grande the base would need to be approximately 9200mm wide x 3200mm deep.
  • These sizes are the minimum sized base needed for these particular cabins.

we don't use OSB sheet timber tongue and groove rooftongue and groove floor

Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

internal eaves
INTERNAL EAVES 2050mm (6'7") (approx) High when assembled at the Taller Height and 1900mm (6'2") (approx) when assembled at the Lower Height. These measurements are the lowest point inside the cabin, giving plenty of interior space (this means you won't bang your head!)

FLOOR BEARERS 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that are resistant to rot and insect infestation. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower parts of the cabin!
roof beams
