I would like to start out by saying that ive had my severn 400 for over a year now,and ive had no trouble at all.
the delivery was on time and the driver was helpfull,and all the pieces were there along with some key spares,i was impressed with the quality of the door and window assembly and the fact that apart from the trim they turned up pre made ready to slot into place.I got it up and felted in a day with a few friends and a lot of tea breaks.thanks guys great job,and would reccomend to others.

I would just like to thank all the staff at Dunster House, Bedford, for such a great service you all provide. My dad passed away and left me some money, he loved to play pool at his home with us and his grandchildren. When he left me the money it only seemed right to purchase a log cabin and turn it into a pool room for my boys. I had travelled around 1000 miles over three weeks looking for a cabin and found the best service right on my doorstep. From the first phone call to a late night viewing which was about 20 minutes before you shut, but I was never rushed, I had time to look around, the lady answered all my questions, and the quality of your products stood out well above the rest. As someone who runs a transport department, your driver who delivered my product was a credit to your company, from his first call to his helpful advice and friendly manner. I say again, well done to you all and many thanks.
