• External Size - 4m (13'2") wide x 8m (26'4") deep (approx).
• Internal Size of main 2 Rooms - Room 1: 3.77m (12'5") wide x 3.77m (12'5") deep, Room 2: 3.77m (12'5") wide x 3.95m (13'2") deep (approx). (Sizes will vary depending on where you position the additional dividing wall to create the third room).
• Dividing wall - 28mm tongue and groove, can be positioned inside the log cabin anywhere between the front and back wall. Minimum width of partition is approximately 1m.
• 3 Rooms
• Walls - 45mm double tongue and groove walls with bevelled notches for easy assembly and a better seal compared to straight cut notches.
• Floor - 19mm tongue and groove floor boards for a sturdy floor.
• Roof - 19mm tongue and groove roof timbers to create a sturdy roof.
  

Note: We only use tongue and groove timbers for our floor and roof not OSB sheet timber! (We only use MFP board on top of roof insulation, which will usually not be seen as it will have a roof covering over it).

• Internal Eaves - 2000mm (6'6") (approx) High, the lowest point inside, giving plenty of interior space (this means you won't bang your head!)
• Canopy - 1.1m (3'6") (approx.) deep canopy. Perfect for shade in the summer and cover from the elements in the winter.
• French Door - Made with rebated door panels (for a more attractive appearance) and fitted with a secure lock.
• Internal double door - To be cut in at your desired position along the dividing wall.
• Single solid door - Wil need to be cut into the log cabin wall wherever suits your needs. Can be fitted in the side wall, the back wall, or used as an internal door.
• 3 Windows - Made with glass, not Perspex. We use glass as it is clearer and much easier to clean than clear plastic.
• - DOUBLE GLAZING – Optional extra - * for improved Heat & Sound Insulation. ( see options below )
• Floor Bearers - 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers that sit underneath the log cabin to protect its foundations from damage by insects and fungal decay. Without pressure treated bearers moisture would damage the lower aspects of the cabin!
• Roof Beams - Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm to prevent 'sagging'.
• All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy construction. Click here to see how easy it is!
• After simple assembly windows slot into place. Minor adjustments will have to be carried out on windows well within the scope of a competent DIYer.
• French Door is provided in 6 assembled pieces that fit together then slot into place.
