Because you are handling small bags of Pellets you do need as much storage space as you would for shavings or straw. The pellets will expand to around 4 times their volume on the introduction of water.

EEZI to use:
Spread the contents of the bags around the stable to about 5cm, pour on some water and stand back to see the transformation of the EEZIPELLETS into a substantial floor covering. A 3.6m x 3.6m stable requires 8–10 bags of material. Apply approximately 14 to 18 litres of water. Leave for 15 to 30 minutes whilst the pellets expand to give a covering of around 15cm, and your stable is ready. Should you have used stable matting then you will require 30% less bags.

EEZI to muck out:
Locate the horse manure and soiled areas – there will be less of the wood fibres to remove due to the size of the bedding particles. Add one or two bags to supplement the floor covering, then add a proportional amount of water (this will depend upon the volume of soiled material removed). Using EEZIPELLETS, about 40% less time is spent dealing with the overall tasks that are associated with traditional methods of storage such as mucking out and disposing of manure. Enjoy the extra time with your animal!

EEZI to compost:
The soiled bedding is comprised of the fine pellet fibres and manure. Because of the structure of the small pellet particles combined with the manure any bacterial breakdown is speeded up and less composting material is generated.

Very cost effective – coupled with the lower disposal costs to a local farmer and his concerns about environmental "run off" issues, all parties benefit.
The softwoods used in the production of wood pellets will help to reduce the smell of ammonia, normally found in used other bedding products. Because of the heat generated in the production process the timber is sterilized.

Orders are delivered on pallets of 250kg, 500kg and 1000kg. Please arrange a forklift if required, otherwise bags to be unloaded, with the help of our driver to the kerbside or if reasonable access is available to your stable yard. Delivery times quoted are dependent to availability of stock and delivery location. Deliveries within the mainland United Kingdom (some exceptions apply).
